Refund
We offer refunds for orders that meet our return criteria. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

- Custom-made or personalized sarees and lehengas (unless defective).
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount (unless defective or damaged).

Delivery
- Domestic Orders: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery can take between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If there is an error in your address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package via our shipping partner’s website.
Shipping & Returns
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and weight of the order. You can view the total shipping cost at checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are also calculated during checkout. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
